Prayers For The World

"I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour." 1 Tim. 2:1-3

Matthew 7:21 - Not everyone who says to me (Jesus), "Lord, Lord," will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Joh 17:21 - My prayer for all of them is that they will be one, just as you and I are one, Father – that just as you are in me and I am in you, so they will be in us, and the world will believe you sent me.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we bring before You the nation (or continent) of _________________ and its leaders. We pray that Your wisdom has entered into the hearts of _______________ leaders and that knowledge and understanding keeps them from the evil one and from the evil of men.

We pray and believe that Your Good Word of the Gospel is published throughout the lands. We thank You for those that labor to harvest and spread the Gospel that You are Jesus Christ the Lord ! That because You loved us so much - You came down to earth, took the form of man, taught us Your Word, then allowed Yourself to be crucified on the cross. You were buried in a tomb, but raised back to heaven on the 3rd day! You are awaiting for the day to return to earth, collect all of us that believe in You and have prepared eternal peace and glory for us in heaven with You. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ for protecting us in our time of need. In Jesus' name. Amen
